Privacy policy

Raptor AV Order Tracking (the website at track.raptorav.co and the Raptor AV iPhone app) is run by RR Creative LLC, doing business as Raptor AV (“Raptor AV”, “we”). It lets our clients see the equipment we’ve ordered for their projects and follow each shipment. This policy explains what information the service uses and why.

Who can use it

Accounts are created by Raptor AV for people at our client organizations and for our own staff. There is no public sign-up.

Information we use

• Your account: your name, job title, email address and password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form), and when you last signed in.
• Your alert settings: which shipment alerts you want and whether they come by email, iPhone notification or both.
• Project and order information: the projects, equipment, purchase-order numbers and quantities Raptor AV manages for your organization, plus carrier, tracking number and delivery status for each shipment.
• Your iPhone’s notification address: if you allow notifications in the app, Apple gives the app a device token so we can send alerts to that phone.
• Email records: which alert emails were sent to you and when, so nobody gets the same alert twice.

We don’t collect your location, contacts, photos, or browsing activity, and we don’t use advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to sign you in, show your organization’s projects and shipments, and send the alerts you’ve chosen. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Companies that help us run the service

We share information only with the service providers needed to run it, each bound by their own privacy and security terms:

• Supabase (database and sign-in) and Vercel (website hosting)
• Resend (sending alert and account emails)
• Shippo (checking shipment status with carriers; it receives tracking numbers only, never your name or email)
• Apple Push Notification service (delivering iPhone notifications)
• D-Tools Cloud (our project management system, where the project and order information comes from)

We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

Your account stays active until you delete it or Raptor AV removes it. Project and shipment records are kept as part of our business records.

Your choices

• Change your alerts or turn email or iPhone notifications on or off at any time on the Account page.
• Delete your account yourself from the Account page (in the app or on the website). This permanently removes your login, your alert settings and your iPhone notification registrations.
• Or email orders@raptorav.co to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.

Security

Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored hashed, and each person can see only their own organization’s projects.

Children

The service is for business use and isn’t directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
